Anchor Signs is owned and
operated by Perry and Loretta Ortlieb. Perry learned the art of hand painting
signs from his father and started his business in Alpena, MI in 1978.
In 1985, Perry bought the Earl Eddy
sign company and renamed it Anchor Signs. Though the sign business has changed a
lot over the years, Anchor Signs has evolved to meet those changes. With the combined
years of experience, the Anchor Signs staff of artisans can produce quality signage which is
not only visually stimulating, but effective advertising.
